A large number of films from all over the world arrived at our festival. I greet you on behalf of the Mayor of the City of Karlovac, Mr. Damir Mandić. We are pleased that the film has been living in Karlovac all these years, thanks to the Karlovac Cinema Club and all those enthusiasts who brought it to our various stages. We are only sure that thanks to European funds next year we will have scaffolding to Edison Cinema and have a festival in that environment. Congratulations once again to all who participated in the organization of the festival, to all the volunteers, to all the people of good will who helped make the festival last for years, and congratulations in advance to those who will be awarded. ”

I am grateful to the organizers for the impressive organization and program. Film education is an important part of our national program where we have to work hard to make it happen, and you are an example that can be a role model. They say it’s not all in the shields and work, but I think at least as far as work is concerned, it’s an essential part of our lives and it’s very important to find something that motivates us to go to work every morning and work. And that’s what our film business offers. I hope that all of you who will go through this program will be motivated to continue working on your careers in our business and that you will find success and satisfaction there.”
