The whole week is filled with a variety of film-related events, bringing films, our guests and our visitors closer together.

We develop and encourage youth filmmaking.

In Karlovac, we watch the films, discuss them and analyze them, but we also teach and learn how to make even better films!

Four River Film Festival is a festival dedicated to high school film or, in other words, film made by youth (age group: 14 – 20).

WHERE?

It is held, for the 18th year in a row, in Croatia in the city of four rivers named Karlovac.

WHEN?

18th Four River Film Festival is going to be held from September 9 – 13, 2025. The application deadline for submitting films is June 1, 2025.
